Here is your chance to try a Kindle tablet! The Jackson County Public Library recently received a grant to provide ten Kindle HDX 7-inch tablets for cardholders to check out. The Kindles are now available at the Seymour Library. They check out for fourteen days and can be renewed once.
Each Kindle is pre-loaded with different new books, classic books, and apps for news outlets, a dictionary, and games. Each tablet is available with a stereo jack and integrated stereo speakers with Dolby Digital Plus; a front-facing 720p HD camera; a built-in dual microphone; built-in Bluetooth; Screen Reader, Explore by Touch, Screen Magnifier accessibility features; and adjustable font sizes and color.
